Welcome! I'm Monica Dornbach Munson.

I'm passionate about helping professionals develop their sales and/or management skills. Navigating together—using tools I've developed over my 20+ year career in sales—we'll look at what best helps a person align their work with an organization's goals and expectations. Areas of education and workshops / consulting sessions include:

  • Sales proficiency facilitation

  • Hiring and on-boarding (planning and facilitation)

  • Sales training curriculum

  • Organizational development including coaching, change, sales and project management.

My career experience includes working with major- and smaller-city Multi Media Corporations along with a variety of Sales and Nonprofit Organizations. I look forward to walking down this path with you.

Experience

is a journey

I worked on a consulting project with Monica where she served as the senior consultant in the initiative. Monica proved to be a very strong leader with a great deal of knowledge and expertise in not only delivering on what the client needed but also in leveraging the team members' strengths to find the best possible outcome in service to the client. This was a complex situation and the COVID outbreak added difficulty to the project as it entered the scenario right in the middle of the project timeline. Monica took on the task of building a Sales Training and Development department and curriculum from scratch, combining her rich background as a sales rep and sales manager. Everything we did was transformed to support building and nurturing a consultative sales force and organization. This included time spent with all levels . . . The end result has been a management team focused on bringing more value and relevance to the customers while driving incremental revenue, a sales staff more productive by better understanding their customer's needs and concerns, and support staff who understand what sales support really is.
